Oce/imagistics 4520

Recently, I replaced the black imaging unit on a 4520 and a couple weeks later a code c2557 occurred. We are maintaining this machine as a favor to the business owner as this is a one off and the remainder of the machines fall under our dealership. As such we currently do not have manuals for this machine. I'm beginning to realize that we do not have the proper resources and will have to communicate this to the client.

At any rate can someone please walk me through the procedure to enter service mode,reset the imaging unit counter and calibrate.

Any help would be greatly associated.

Sorry, I thought it would be obvious.
If you are going to continue to support this machine, you need service manuals and they are probably easier to find under the KonicaMinolta brand than the Oce brand.
Walking you through 1 procedure today or helping for all future service calls.
That said. I cant help you with procuring these manuals, but I'm sure they are not hard to find the Konica Minolta versions.

Thank you for the clarification, I was not able to find anticipated manuals after the jump. The link undermined your efforts to help. Now, what I really need is a link to a sledgehammer supply company to take care of this machine.....

intravias has a readers digest type version of the service manual. You can purchase through Precision Roller.
