oki c5650 printing blank page

oki c5650 printing blank page , toner and drum are ok tested in other printer. any ide?

You can stop a page in the middle of the print process, to see if there is an image on the drum. I there is an image on the drum, then I would look to the transfer belt unit as the problem.
If there is no image on the drum, I am assuming that because you are referring to only one drum, that you are doing a black and white print. If so try a color print to see if you still get a blank page or
if you get the color printing but not the black, then maybe the black units LED bar is dirty or not working. If all colors are not working, could be all LED bars are not working, but I'm probably thinking the transfer belt unit has a problem.
If you have another machine to try the drum and toner in, then you probably have another transfer belt unit to try in this printer.

CMYK missing=HV board or contacts to
one colour missing, swap LED heads to confirm fault
