I have a Savin 9945 getting error code 322-00.
Any help out there?

SC322: 1st laser synchronization error

The 1st laser synchronization signal cannot be detected by the main scan
synchronization detector board even if the laser diodes are activated.
- Possible causes -
Poor connection between the laser synchronization detector board and the
LD unit.
Laser synchronization detector board out of position
Laser synchronization detector board defective
LD unit defective

[S C 3 22 1st laser sync error] - TSB # 10 - raise the right hand side of the LD unit assembly appox 1 mm Perform laser pitch adjustment.

[SC322] - LD unit defective

[SC322] - perform laser beam pitch adjustment page 6-18 FSM

[SC322] - poor connection between laser sync detector PCB and LD unit

[SC322] - replace BICU board

[SC322] - replace LD unit assembly (Aficio 340/350 - A2337301, Aficio 450 - 2327301)
