MPC 2551 dead,all fuses good

i dont have a P2P on this series yet but was wondering before i swap low voltage power supply unit,is there anything else
besides power cord and main switch i should check?

Can you measure 24V 15V 5V?

not yet,
had to disconnect some boards to get to fuses and have to get magnifying glass to ck for
voltage ck points.
honestly this is the first time i ve been inside this model.

no dc voltage at all using frame grnd.
is frame gnd ok?
cked the on/off switch and cord, and all is ok.
i guess dc power supply?

well i swapped a power supply from my known working shop machine,tripled cked
all connections and still dead..
hmmm???
when i get a chance i will take the power from bad machine and test it in my shop machine..
either something is loading the dc side,,,controller??

Controller and IPU as a pair changed at the same time has fixed a few issues for me on these.
Also check the fuser isn't taking the psu down as the psu has 240 straight back out on the ac side.

as i picked up twp mpc2800 to rebuild i put that machine to the side.
its a machine i bought knowing it was dead.
was hoping simple power supply but no dice.
when time frees up i will figure it out.
