Would be happy to know if you managed to resolve this problem ,got an equivalent kyocera model doing exactly the same .

I replaced the switch and arm on the sensor after transfer before the fuser and I haven't heard back from them.

Sorry for the late response, I didn't see your post until today. Wasn't too bad, it's documented in the manual.
