ok I went to see this printer, I turned it on it came ready, I inserted a print to copy and it scanned it thru, The paper roll started to feed and it feed up to the reg sensor, the exposure lamp came on for 2 seconds and then it showed the 0401 error code. I checked the fuse and the connectors, all good. Can anyone tell me what should I be looking at next. Where is the sensor that sees the exposure lamp being on. I think that is the problem the machine never sees the lamp turning on and being lit Thank You
