OKI C3530MFP FAX TX problem

Customer tries to send fax from a C3530MFP but it indicates "Memory full" when scanning the 1st page. I'm not very familiar with this model, how can you check/clear the fax memory?

I found it i the Service Manual:
Open the cover and hold down the Start key during power on.
