Does anybody else work on these? I sure could use a service manual for the c6010 and c6030. If you have one, let me know where you got it from so I can order me one. Thanks, Mika (google has been no help on this)

I do not believe there are any service manuals for them. If there is, maybe only available from the manufacturer, as I've looked my self and was told "there is nothing to service" on the machine per Memjet... Fortunately, both models we got were free and didn't have to spend any money.(except for ink) Now it sits collecting dust, even our office people don't want to use it.
Personally I think Memjets are garbage. I do like the speed, but that's about it. -

Unfortunately I have one that needs a little extra attention. There is a malfunction in yellow ink supply sporadically, and a new y cart and printhead replacement didn't seem to take care of it. Sigh. Not just a job, it's an adventure.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment
