[Error Code] riso drum board

riso ez 220 got an error P96-569

Got this error after we replace the ink cartrage.
we found out that this is drum board.

we call the supplier of the machine, even the one who supply the ink and master.

Do we have any solution for this.

I'd try resetting the machine first. Turn off the machine and then turn on the machine while holding down the "Reset" key. Keep holding down the "Reset" key for 5-10 seconds (it is easier for me to release the "Reset" key when the initializing motor sounds get quieter, in case that would be easier for you too).
Hopefully that will take care of the error code, as replacing the drum board is a chore, and I don't have my manuals on hand right now.

anybody has experience this this kind of duplicator copier. or anybody has parts code of this so we can ask the supplier. thanks

Error Type :T96_569 [Data not input]
Either the Print drum color information or Ink category information is still not input

Test Mode Procedures
PRINT POSITION
Press the two print position keys simultaneously and turn ON the machine power.
Operating Procedure

Test mode numbers can be entered (selected) via [Key entry] or [Menu selection].
a) Key entry procedure

(1) In standby mode, enter the number of the test mode to be run using the numeric keys. If you make a mistake during entry, you can perform entry once again by pressing the [C] key.

(2) Press the [START] key to initiate Test mode operations.

(3) Press the [STOP] or [START] key to end Test mode and return to standby or operation standby modes.

* In data setting mode, after setting the new data, press the [START] key to confirm the modified data and return to standby mode. Instead, if the [STOP] key is pressed, the newly input data is cancelled and the existing data setting remains.

Inter test mode Number :1214 (Drum Color Code Entry)
Sets the print drum color information on the EEPROM of the Drum PCB.
