Hi guys. Can someone please help me with this error, please? The machine jammed, the user removed carefully all paper entangled around the fuser, and now it show "980 error". Is there any way around it? I couldn't enter service mode to try a reset, but i don't know the exact procedure for service mode for this model. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
