We don't deal with HP machines or have any experience with Equitrac. We have been asked if we can remove Equitrac from a customers HP Colour M880.
Can anyone tell me how we would go about this? We didn't sell the machine, or maintain it for that matter, but would be keen to try and help them out. I guess they are having some sort of issue with it and want it completely removed from the machine, so they have the freedom to print anything.
Can anyone point me in the right direction??
