DELL 5130 cdn jam 050-101

Acts like fuser not turning , replaced fuser no change , tested exit jam switch , works.
Dell manual flown chart says replace printer ???
cheated door and fuser is turning.
paper jams on side with another behind it
as I writing this could it be the feed head feeding too soon?

Issue resolved ! it was a bad transfer belt Assembly apparently the cleaner blade jammed or flipped and the belt and stop belt from moving we were able to correct and use existing but will replace whole assembly just in case .
