Goodmorning everyone!
Do you know if the paper suction in this model needs a "cleaning" from time to time?
Client says that in heavier stock the suction doesn't work so well which make the paper
curve a bit a the exit and the carriage bumps a bit onto it when it passes through.
As far as i know there is the paper passage plate(the metal plate with the holes on it)
and a suction fan below it.
Also is there any kind of adjustment for the suction?
