Their IT guy said it needs more memory. I checked the memory and
it's max out at 544MB. They're running windows 7 and one person that
does not use it much uses windows 10.
I watched it the other day and it seems like it pauses for a few seconds
before starting the next page. These are engineers printing their designs.
There are several computers in the office. I'm told they use a server.
I did call Laser Pros tech line for help. I went through the settings and
did not find anything that would cause this. I did a could reset and that
did not help. I may be able to find another formatter bd from a used
unit to try in it. Tech help said it is probably the driver. So the customer
reloaded the driver. No help. Tech help said to download another
version.
Can someone make a suggestion for a good driver?
I am not an IT tech, I know enough to be dangerous.
