    Black faxes

    I have a Bizhub 601 with a Fk-502 and when sending faxes they are sent all black. Ive repalced the DIMM, fax board and interface board. Anyone have any other suggestions.

      Did you flash woth firmware when you installed the fax kit?!

          yes flashed it with the latest firmware and with the fax firmware
