HP CM6030 Copier/MFP scanner error 30.01.40

I have a HP cm6030 throwing off a 30.01.40 error message. I have replaced the scb, the cpb, and the formatter board. I have checked all connections, and have updated the firmware to the newest version. I have swapped the sodimms between the formatter and scb to see if it might be a memory issue, and still no good. The jumpers on the scb have been removed since the cables are white. With both jumpers off, it throws the error above, and sometimes throws a 30.01.44 error. I put the jumper back on the toy pins, and am able to at least print to the machine, just not scan. Anyone have some thoughts or suggestions on what else might cause this, or suggestions on what else to try.
