The customer said they have had this problem for a year. They put a new cyan ink cartridge
in and it gives the message that it is not recognized. Pull it out and replace it, even with a new one
and the message returns. The Customer thinks there is an air bubble in the line and ask me to
purge the ink lines.
I will need the dummy printheads and my supplier tells me he can't find them except in the ink
tube assembly kit.
Does anyone know where I can order just the dummy printheads?
