guys I'm newbies here please help me for the error of this printer HP deskjet GT 5820.


I got E2 error code or Paper Mismatch please help me to fix this error

I was trying some procedures like
-adjust paper size to printer properties
-checked the paper size on setting of the printer
-change default paper size on EWS

but the error can't fix

please help me and i will appreciate that

Well, I don't know how much this will help, but I have some of suggestions.
First, see if warranty is still active. You might be able to get the printer replaced if it is.
Next, lets try the basics. Get paper from a different manufacturer and see if that helps. Bad paper can sometimes imitate wrong sized paper.
After that, inspect the print platen area and give it a good blast of air from a can to make sure that there aren't any sensors covered in dust. Just try not to touch anything in there, the linear encoder that the print head uses to find it's position can be easily damaged, and if it does get damaged only wrong and stupid things will happen next as far as I've seen (the noise probably will irritate your neighbors, too).
Finally, the last thing I can think of, inspect the feed roller and if looks like it is in good shape, clean it with soapy water. Avoid cleaning it with alcohol if possible.
If none of that works, sorry I couldn't help you out further.
