I am starting to look for a office space but does anyone know what manufacture is the easiest to get a dealership without throwing up tons of money?
You can buy Copystar through wholesalers until you get established as an actual "dealer" which doesn't require too much as far as showroom and quotas. The Copystar product is a Kyocera with a different sticker on the front cover.
