Hi guys, hope you all had a very nice new year. customer has this (Oki) box, with the Intoprint DP 100GA badge on it. display indicates a "fatal error 173" customer said rebooting it didn't resolve anything. might anyone know this machine or the error code? any help would be greatly appreciated. have a nice day, Jim
