    HP Designjet T1120 error code 86:01

    I have a customer that is getting message "possible paper jam" with the infamous code 86:01. I ran a carriage test and it gave me a code indicating the line sensor. I replaced it. Then ran another carriage test. this time it failed with code 21:13 which indicates "service station fail to move". I ran the service station and scan axis test and it gave me the same 21:13 code. I took off the right cover to observe the movement of the service station and the carriage as it makes contact with the service station and it appears to be working fine. I took the service station off to examine it and I see no appearances of anything wrong. I cleaned the encoder strip. I examined the movement of the belt. I examined the belt as best I could and all seems to be good. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

          I would love to but i spent almost an hour trying to post this on the other forum. There is to "new thread" button. I have sent a message to complain about it and you are the only one that had finally said something

                  You might want to check the device you were trying to post from. If it is a PC, do not use Chrome. If you are using a mobile device, try use the CTN App.

                      I believe that was how I finally got to post , through the app. I am using Chrome so I will switch to Firefox or something thanks
