Hp Designjet T520

Hello everyone...
I have Hp Designjet T520.

Shows error after power on.
"The print carriage cannot move.
Open the ink cartridges access door, clear any paper jam
Or obstruction , and touch ok"
If any one have idea or solution plz tell me ....
