HP Designjet T610 Printer (plotter) no active network

Hi everbody

I have a client who buyed a new formater card for this plotter T610
now i want to configure the plotter on network, i checked plotter setting & go to connectivity panel but there is no option to give it static ip or host name etc. so can some please guide me how i configure this plotter via network?
I try-ed in diagnose menu but on the io information menu the adapter is not active , if i go to I/O Tests it ask to enable it and i selected yes but no joy.

MOST T series require the formatter and HDD to replaced at same time.. due to firmware stored on HDD. I would suggest downloading and shoving a new copy of firmware to it.. sounds like the old owner of the Board has dis-abled the network port or it is dead.. I never like buying 2nd hand or "refurb'd" boards.
