[Jamming] Dell 1135n not picking up paper

Hi

I have a Dell 1135n which is jamming constantly and makes a clicking noise while it's trying to pick the paper.
Looks like the roller isn't turning at all.
Think it may be the electro magnetic clutch??

Any ideas?
