    Anyone familiar with Formax

    Looks like we will be installing Formax inkjet printer/postage system/envelope stuffing machine. Are they any good? How is support/parts etc.?

      I used to service a couple of Formax envelope stuffer/sealers (they didn't have inkjets). I don't recall the model number as that was maybe 7 years ago. The wick that moistened the flap was straight so if the customer was using envelopes with a triangular flap then only a small portion of the glue on the flap could be wetted without getting the contents wet. Straight flaps would have worked better. Customer should always use envelopes listed on Formax's approved list.
