[Misc] toner dropping

Have a SeCap SL600, that drops toner leaving marks/smudges on copy. Clean up spill, and back again a month later. Drums, fuser, and developers all seem fine at each stop. Am I missing something. Thanks!

pull all drums - devs - belt thoroughly clean the machine... it is dropping from somewhere and you aren't being specific on EXACTLY what you have done
