    Oki mc851dn (oki mc851dn network module unavailable)

    Hi All,

    I have an OKI MC851dn. This unit is working fine.
    I am able to print by USB, but can not print on Network.
    It does not show network and configuration page can not show network settings.
    It seems print module is missing.
    Any help?

      Network card may be bad. Is it integrated on the motherboard or separate?

          Network card is embedded. USB is Ethernet ports are together in the controller.
          USB can print. Seems Firmware issue.
          Cannot see network.
          I think Firmware can solve this issue.

              Machine network module missing.
              Looking for firmware update.
              There are firmware update on OKI website, but for new models.

                  If firmware doesn't fix it then replace the motherboard.

                      It is most likley a firmware issue. I have seen this fault many times and usually fix it by reapply nic firmware via USB but thia is not easy.
