i have a kyocera printer ecosys m6035cidn, this device show error the following cartridge Magenta, Yellow and blank are not genuine, I replaced the cartridge but the error is still persist. I want to reset the printer to factory setting but I don't know how cani I do. please I need your help to solve this problem.
