Machine has 2 paper trays under it. When tray 1 runs empty, it will not switch to tray 2 even though auto tray switching is turned on and both trays are set identical (LTR sideways plain paper). Machine stops and shows a paper empty error of P74004. The only way to continue is to clear the job and add paper to the tray. Same thing will happen if Tray 2 runs out of paper, it wont switch to tray 1. Trays will feed fine so long as they have paper. Also the tray IS out of paper when it gives that message. It's not a false empty jam.
I just updated the latest firmware from Oki's website to make sure of any issues with that.
