I am getting intermittent pickup jams from tray 2 and 3.Tray one works ok.Customer was getting jams from tray 3 awhile ago so I replaced it.Worked for a month and now jams again but from both tray 2 and 3.Jam code is 393 and 392.Paper gets to the first set of transport roles most of the time.Have called tech support and they are looking into the problem.Anyone else having similar issues or know of a fix.
