I'm looking for a decent desktop B&W to offer to my customers.

Is the Oki MB492 any good ?

What other small units are good these days ?

I need rich black copy tones...

As long as you don't mind spending 3 hours to replace a fuser asembly and they have improved the drum they are ok.I like the kyocera's better.
