Good day to all,

Any one are doing HP machine here ?

I have a HP MFP M72630 which the machine with intermittent panel touch screen are freeze. You can't press or slide to other page no function at all.

Customer have to switch OFF and ON the machine every time when the panel touch screen have this problem. Its work after this but will come back again.

Normally it firmware issue. need to update to newer version. You can call HP call center in your Country to get the firmware.
