    BROTHER Fuser temp

Good evening to everyone, in the brother of the 5700 6600 series it is possible to increase the melting temperature?
To avoid not fixing the toner where there is so much humidity?

    are you sure it's humidity?

how many pages on the fuser... they fail before the 100k cycle
most times fuser temp is controlled by the media weight properties

                    Re: BROTHER Fuser temp

There is no adjustment for temp in service mode , try to select thick paper &/or quiet mode .
Also check if the firmware is up to date.

Was the fuser an original ?

I changed a lot of fuser on those for blurry/light print quality , but not for toner fixing problem.
Most of the time it's compatible toner in that case.

you DO mean OEM REAL Brother Toner.. Please keep in mind MOST time those carts that come with the printer PRIME the dev units and print.. those AREN'T those carts that CAME with the printer are they?

IF not are they TRUE OEM's or EBay's?

I saw your post..went back read OP " the toner is original I tried to change the fuser but I did not solve it."
That got me to ponder..11,000 total on unit.. original toners? not at 11k.. must have made toner change..question oem..drums should go 2 toner change
