i need to know some more information in this error believe it pertains to the toner cartridge, however, end user says they they have replaced all consumables in this machine. if anyone knows how to clear this error or if there is a part needed to fix this i would greatly appreciated it.

That's not a valid error code. 543? Is black toner sensor error. Reinstall the K toner, make sure the seal is off, and the lever is locked. After that it's could be PWB's motors, ripped transfer belt.sigpic -
When you have a 'toner sensor error K' you could check the things mentioned by CopierTechofOmens. Is the error still present, replace
the Black drum. The toner sensor is located in the drum unit.Comment
