    Imagistics im3510 firmware

    Hi all, I am a Sharp tech and have been given the task to work on an Imagistics im3510. One of the techs here inadvertently flashed all the roms with sharp arm350 firmware and the pcu rom firmware is not compatable. Can anyone help me out with the rom data for this machine or direct me to a place to get it. Sharp firmware is readily available for me with constant upgrades so I assume this would be the same and should be somewhere just having a hard time locating. Any help is appreciated as I'm in dire straights.

      Firmware updates

      If you have access to the imagistics web site the firmware is available there. The site is webinfo.imagistics.com but can only be accessed thru a company web interface.

          Thanks for the info. Alas, I don't have that access. I was hoping that someone who did would D/L it and send it my way. But thanks again.

                      im5520 firmware

                      I am working on a copier where I can't get the machine to talk to the SMTP. I believe this is because I am working with version 1.0 firmware. Does anyone know where I can get an updates version of the firmware for this machine?

                          Firmware has little to do with this. Make sure you set your controller type and peripheral mode in service mode.
                          Under Tech Rep Choice, Controller Set.
                          If you have the Pi4700e controller, set your Peripheral Mode to '1' and reboot the machine. You should now be able to scan via SMTP.
                          If you have the Pi5500 controller, set Peripheral Mode to '4'
