Imagistics 4510 PDF printing problem

I have an Imagistics 4510 that when printing PDF files seems to print garbage. It doesn't happen all the time, but wastes alot of paper. I have reinstalled the print drivers to the printer server but still occurs. Has anyone out there experienced this and any fixes?

Oh Yeah. What a nightmare! This was kind of intermittent, but went 4 months unresolved, placed a loaner, it did it too.
The end result was their network. When the network cable was moved to another port, problem was resolved.
We at our level were not authorized to inspect their network hardware so it created a very bad 'he-said-she-said' line of miscommunication and bullshit.
If they have another port available on their hub, move the cable (have them move it if you are not permitted) or swap it with another device for troubleshooting purposes.
Customer mentality is "If the copier does not work the copier is broken" It is very very hard to PROVE that the customer's network is at fault. Especially if it is intermittent, and does not present a problem when 'they' test thier lines.
