Well it may be just the thermistor attached to the fuser.

I had the same problem.
After doing all the possible check on fuser unit i found there is no problem with the fuser . Contacted the dealers and they adviced to replaced the main board. I could not beleive it Fuser error is due to baord probelem.
But once board is replaced it is OK.

In this issue what i think is there should be a reset code or procedure but
no body knows , even the dealers
