HP LJ E 87650 Freeze

Hello Folks,

i have a E87650 who freezing in sometimes an then i get a 30.01.41 or an 30.01.57 code.

30.01.41 means: Scanner communications Error

30.01.57 means: Communication Issue with the PCIe Connection

I changed the

Main PCA
the HDD`s ( both the HP and the Samsung Item )
I installed the FW
4.9.01
4.11.02
5.2

Anyone has an Idea ?

Wait you replaced the mainboard? The error you are getting involves an issue with the scanner. You should be starting with any related to that.

Check the scanner cables.
The scanner itself. Usually the scanners have their own board that can be changed.

The error may simply be a bad PCIe cable.
