Good morning, I was brought this machine for repair, I'm not an expert on the OKI brand, has anyone had this problem? Thank you.

A google search says either drum not seated or possibly incompatible toner.

Reading the consumables information failed. If the following number is displayed, replace the corresponding consumable. 231-05 to 231-08: Toner cartridge / Image drum 231-23: Fuser unit/ Belt unit Turn off the printer and turn on again after a while. If the error persists after rebooting, contact your dealer and tell them the number in the error message and how the machine works.

Please ensure that the toner is correct for the given model
Ther is OKI MC332 which the toner is different although it will fit on OKI C332
