Any KIP technicians willing to help retrieve keycode

I own an IT company. I used to be the lead copier service tech for another company for 8 yrs.
Without explaining to much, one of my bigger clients needed a blueprint machine. I was able to get a KIP 7570 at auction for a decent price.
At some point, 9 months after they purchased the machine from me, the client had an ISP outage. When the Internet came back up, when they printed to the machine there is now a watermark that reads "this feature is not licensed".
I called KIP to retrieve the code, (the person I spoke to said "oh yeah, that happens all the time) but since the machine was repossessed by the leasing company of the previous owner, they wouldn't speak with me. They referred me to the company who originally leased out the machine.
I reached out to them and the dept I spoke with said I needed to reach out to account services and get the ownership resolved. I got in touch with account services, and they said they would be interested in my client signing a service contract with them, but otherwise they wouldn't help.
I had to explain the whole- they leased the machine, their client defaulted, the machine was repossesed and then sold at auction. They have been paid for the machine and have no ownership rights to it any longer. After that they seemed like they were going to help.
They claimed they needed one of their technicians to log in to retrieve the codes. A couple days later they said "they weren't having any luck" and referred me to their regional director of sales for KIP. I called and spoke with him. He was very nice, but basically wanted me to sign up to be a KIP dealer, and send a tech to KIP training for $1000, and THEN they could help me get the codes. I told him I have only 1 client who needs a machine like this and this is not the type of services we focus on. Then he told me that the company I was previously working with simply needed to log into kipkeycodes.com, retrieve the code and send it to me.
I reached back out to them and told them what the Regional sales director told me, and they again said they'd need to reach out to their techs and see if they would be willing to do it.
I also asked if I could just request a service call to have one of their techs install the code, but they said they will only go out if the machine is under a contract.

So basically if figured I'd try here. Are there any KIP techs that would be willing to help me retrieve this code. This whole thing has been awful and time consuming. Not to mention my client, at this point is very frustrated and needs to use this machine desperately.

If you'd be willing to help, I'm happy to compensate you. Please DM me or email me at ryan@reigntechct.com

    Thanks all
