Epson WF-C579R Holder Lever PE Assembly

    Hi all

Has anyone had to fit a new Holder Lever PE Assembly (sensor actuator) on a WF-C579R?

If so, is it a strip down?

Haven't done it myself, but....looks rough. I'm sure you have a good reason to put yourself through such excruciating pain....but what's wrong?

They had a paper jam and ripped it out resulting in a lost actuator!

Oh boy... That's a rough one. Those machines are pretty condensed, but decently built.... Until you mentioned this option, and I hope I don't have to ever do that. Ick

              Yes all sorted...

Not that big of a deal really..... The actuator is simply unscrewed from the top after stripping the sides and taking scanner off.. I loosened the bar which the printhead belt is on then wriggled the central white guide out..

              Go me 😂
