    Oki Pro9541wt error:333 exit unit

exit unit missing? or detected open?

Machine was moved and now has a 333 code. It was picked up using the op panel as 1 of the locations to grab it.

Tried a switch scan and the switches wouldn't change. It said L for open when we did that. Pushed it and closed it no change.

Something else that was an issue. There was a grounding cable(?) that was loose and not connected. Wondered if something happened to the board when it was turned on like that.

    hi,

    Is this solved?
At the rear end of the exit unit near to the contact of exit unit to main body there is black actuator that indicates that exit unit is inserted to the main unit.
Please try to look on that.

Is this the part you are taking about? He was pushing it while we were doing the switch test...with the cover open and closed. He didn't say that anything looked broken on it. Seems kind of weird moving the machine would mess that up. Assuming it was working fine before the move.

Thanks! We were out there again last week....I'll see how that compares to what our tech saw. He did send me some pics so I'll check that out too.

I'm leaning to F24 I think it is fuse on the Maint. Board being blown as my guess now though. He got to the actual switches and even tried to trick 1 of them by connecting the wires. Swapped 1 switch for another too I think.

There's some silver cable looking part that was attached to the op panel for grounding maybe. He showed me a photo of that pretty much ripped in half.

Is that black flag looking piece spring loaded? We found a spring under the machine. I don't if our tech saw that flag piece or not. I had some photos he took but not really from that exact spot.

Maybe if this piece has a spring on it, the spring fell out so there's no force on the switch when it closes? But then again he tried tricking the switch to think it was closed.
