OKI MC873 status error message

this machines status light is blinking annoying the client, upon pressing the button is shows:
Getting Target IP Address Failed. Please check DHCP settings - i have changed from DHCP to manual input, have input IP addy, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway and the machine is printing fine, but this message won't go away (the connection is via Wifi)

any suggestions please and thank you

Hi,

Try to factory reset the machine.
Follow the following :
- Device settings
- Admin Setup
- Manage unit
- Look for reset settings
- Reset factory all
