OKI mc342 jamming 381

HI I have a customer with an OKI mc 342.
The paper is stopping just before the fuser and calling a 381 jam.
Registration is correct on unfused print.
Any ideas?

Check the registration has both springs under the roller, if thats not it, check feed tires, also check fuser drive gear, they get chewed down and do not properly engage the fuser.

Does it feed from the bypass tray? this eliminates lower driver assembly and feed units.
