Oki mps3537mc with red wrench & error F101

Hi guys, Customer with an Oki mps3537mc machine with red wrench light on & error F101 on the display. Can anyone guide me? I googled it & looks like maybe a HDD issue... I have never done one & curious if this is a hdd fix or junk machine, or some fix for this.. I appreciate any help..Thanks MACHINE HAS 20K TOTAL ON THE METER

Replace Hard Drive and reinstall firmware.The drive uses wipe technology so you have to get from Toshiba or OKi.
