    Okidata C931e Spare Parts

    Does anyone carry any spare parts for the Okidata C931e? I have 1 customer that refuses to upgrade and their machine needs an Exhaust Fan (only available as a special order from Japan with a 6 month lead time). The part # is 45554301 and I'm wondering if that fan crosses with any other Oki model (older or newer)? TIA!

      hi try the oki pro 9431 or c911 or c941 as they looks very simular it may have the parts you need

          Thank you for the response! I've cross-referenced those models as well, and Item, Inc seems to be the only vendor you can get parts from. They will order the fan but it is a 6 month special order part from Japan
