Imagistics, and panasonic are some of the other brands it comes up under and looks like it's close to 10 years on some of these.

This is a Panasonic box that was made for Pitney Bowes and re-labled Imagistics after the 'spin-off' of PBOS. Yes, launched 10 years ago. Was a good runner in its day. What is the 'call for service?' A malfunction code? A wrench icon? Maybe I can help with more specific info!
