C0204 error code

Help; Error code C0204 has come up on our Olivetti d-color MF25 copier which I believe relates to tray 2 lift mechanism, or something along those lines. I removed a small piece of paper from behind the tray but it still doesn't work and I can't get rid of the error message.
Any ideas please!
