My oki c9200 would sometimes not start up
. Fatal error 20 was reported. I check the rom dimm and nothing changed. I replaced the rom dimm with a new one and started the printer
. Now the display show running stars and the printer tries to start up
. After 10 min the stars are still runnning but the printer will not continue to finish start up. 
I thought to try the old rom dimm and now experience the same. Before putting in the new it would at least sometimes start. Now, just running stars like with the new rom dimm and no start up at al
l.
Any suggestions
? Is there a procedure when the rom dimm is replaced?
