working on a dell 3000cn. when you print the PCL fonts list on top you will print all colors right to left the cyan is complete all the way across as is the yellow and black. ONLY the magenta has a void about 1" in from the end of printing. this void area is about 1/2 inch wide then more color bar.
have checked every thing i can think of
then if you print a color photo that void is all the way down page. HELP ????
